Starbucks Reserve’s Fall Menu: New Flavors for the Season
Fall is here, and Starbucks Reserve Roasteries in Chicago, New York City, and Seattle are rolling out a fresh lineup of drinks and treats. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is back, but there are also new cocktails, bakery items, and a few surprises. Here’s what you can grab this season.
Can’t decide between two fall drinks? This flight pairs an Iced Pumpkin Spice Masala Chai Latte with a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew. Both come with pumpkin pie spice cold foam, so you can taste them side by side.
This latte is now a permanent menu item. It mixes Starbucks Reserve Espresso with dark chocolate and steamed milk, topped with tiramisu cold foam and a dusting of dark chocolate mocha powder. Tastes like dessert.
The classic PSL gets a Reserve upgrade. Starbucks Reserve Espresso, steamed milk, and pumpkin spice flavors (cinnamon, clove) with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin-pie spices on top.
Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew meets pumpkin spice sauce, topped with pumpkin pie spice cold foam. It’s smooth, cold, and tastes like fall in a glass.
A festive cocktail for fall. It blends Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew with Knob Creek Bourbon, Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth, Averna Amaro, and Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters, finished with pumpkin pie spice cold foam.
Three mini cocktails: a classic Espresso Martini, a Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini, and a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Manhattan. A tasting flight for the adventurous.
The signature Espresso Martini gets a fall makeover with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Topped with pumpkin pie spice cold foam, it’s a festive pick-me-up.
Not all fall flavors are sweet. This savory galette has a parmesan crust filled with creamy ricotta and roasted squash, topped with fresh herbs and Parmigiano Reggiano.
A graham cracker shell filled with creamy pumpkin cheesecake, topped with caramel gold chocolate ganache and toasted marshmallows. It’s like s’mores and pumpkin pie had a baby.
Coffee brioche swirled with hazelnut cream, topped with a coffee-hazelnut glaze, caramelized hazelnuts, and a chocolate medallion. Great with a fall latte.
A seasonal favorite is back. Flaky pie shell, layers of almond cream and apricot jam, poached pears, and toasted almonds. Classic autumn flavor.
